Please read the following policies before placing an order. We will update our policies occasionally.

Pricing
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Feterie reserves the right to change prices without notice and to correct any errors in the pricing contained on this site. Please understand that from time to time, we will need to change prices based on suppliers, operations, and production cost increases. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices.

Shipping
All Feterie orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your order subtotal, varies based on your location and requested delivery time. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods, carriers and prices on as-needed basis. Please note that once the shipment has been transferred to the courier (USPS or UPS), we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays made by the courier company. Make sure to check that you have sent us the correct delivery address as we are not responsible for the incorrect addresses provided to us for your order as well. Back Orders
Most of our non-personalized products are available shipping once payment has been received. However, in the event that an item is back ordered, we will notify you of the expect ship date and offer you the option to cancel your order.

Pre-Orders
On occasions, we may offer pre-orders of new products and provide a discount for a limited time. The discount for these pre-orders only applies to these special occasion and has already been reflected in the pricing. 

Sales Taxes
All orders originating and shipping to destinations within California are subject to the current sales tax rate. Please note that we are required to collect the California sales tax and cannot make an exception for anyone. We reserve the right to change the sales tax rate based upon the requirements of the state of California.

Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error in pricing or product descriptions.

Personalized Printed Products
All personalized printed products, such as (but not limited to) invitations, programs, and note cards must be paid in full (100%) in order to begin processing. The customer shall be responsible for making additional payments for changes requested by the customer to the original stationery or stationery order. However, no additional payment shall be made for changes required to conform to the original stationery. If an order is cancelled before production begins, only 50% of the total order is refundable. Unfortunately, once an order has been approved and is production, Feterie cannot make any refunds due to production and material costs that have already incurred. Refunds can only be issued for defective personalized printed products. Mistakes overlooked by the customer during the proofing process does not deem the product defective. Please see our Returns and Cancellation section below for additional information.

Colors
A couple of notes about colors. We strive to represent our products in the best color presentation. Since not all computer monitors are the same, there may be some slight color shifts that may occur. Products that are produced by hand may have slight variations in colors due to the handmade nature of the production method. Our stationery and paper products are printed either as sport color or 4-color processes. While our goal is to maintain the same level of consistency, variations may occur.

Photos and Professional Photography
We respect the copyright of all designers & artists and cannot use a professional image without written consent. In order to use a professional photo in one of our photo compatible products (such as announcements and holiday cards), please provide via fax to 408.228.8641 or EMAIL written consent from the photographer or copyright holder. Feterie is not responsible for customers who fail to provide us with adequate consent from the copyright holder(s).

Returns & Cancellation
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS: Due to the personalized nature of our tailored printed products, all invitations and announcements are NON-refundable once the order is approved and proceeds to production unless it is a Feterie order. We cannot accept returns due to customer errors, such as typos and color choices. Please keep in mind that all samples and shipping charges are also non-refundable. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to cancel ASAP. Once an approval has been given, your order will immediately proceed to production so that we can meet your deadline in a timely manner. If the order is cancelled before the final approval, we will refund 50% of the total order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you cancel after the approval has been given.

NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS: If your order was delivered damaged, please notify us within 7 days and we will replace the damaged product(s). However, we'll need to receive the original damaged item before we can replace it. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item for store credit or exchange. The item that is being returned must be unused, unopened, in re-sellable condition inside its original packaging. Please note, gift wrap papers are NOT refundable due to the delicate nature of the product.

Proofing
All orders of personalized products includes one digital proof before final approval and production commences. We provide this proof so that you can see your personalized information in the design layout and have your final approval. We do not put your order of personalized products into production unless we received an approval from you. Feterie is not responsible for grammatical errors, typos, or incorrect/missing information that you provide to us. Though we make an effort to review the information that we received, we are not responsible for proofing. We suggest that you have your proof reviewed by trusted friends and family members. 

Gift Certificates
Feterie Gift certificates are redeemable with Feterie and on feterie.com only. They are not considered valid for redemption at retailers who carry our products. Gift certificates available through feterie.com do not have expiration dates and are not redeemable for cash. 

Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever. All orders subject to acceptance, verification and confirmation by Feterie. We are not responsible for material changes that may be made as a result of supplier changes. From time to time, our suppliers may make adjustments to their inventory and we make it our best effort to note a material change that we are aware of if it affects an element of our product.

All content included on the Feterie Web site, including but not limited to text, illustration/graphics, logos, icons, images, product and brand names, and compilation of the Web site (i.e., the collection, arrangement and assembly) is the copyrighted work of Feterie and is protected by U.S. and worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content and/or materials on this Web site is strictly prohibited.
