Product Availability
NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Purchasing of our non-personalized products such as notecards, stationery sets and wraps is easy! Just select your desired quantity from the product page and click the "Add to Bag" button to include in your Shopping Bag. Most of our non-personalized products are ready-to ship once payment has been received. In the event of a delay over 5 days (such as during the busy holiday season or a back-order), we will contact you with an estimated ship date.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
We offer the same ease of shopping with our tailored stationery such as wedding invitations and birth announcements. However, due to the customized nature of the designs, these products require additional time as there is a proofing period once your complete event information has been provided. We cannot provide our customers with a proof with missing information, unless requested by the customer. Please see below our standard timeline for personalized stationery.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
When you purchase a gift certificate, you'll be asked to select 2 delivery options: Send the gift certificate to you directly or to the recipient. The certificate will be activated within 24 hours of ordering, as soon as payment has been approved.

When to place an order for your event stationery 

WEDDINGS
Save-the-Date: The standard timeline for Save-the-Dates calls for these first impression of your upcoming nuptials to be sent out 6 months from the day of your wedding. The 6-month time frame allows your guests ample time to plan travel details and schedule vacation time. The standard turnaround time for our wedding save-the-dates is 3-4 weeks once you have approved the final proof. 

Formal Wedding Invitation: We highly suggest planning your wedding invitations purchase 3-4 months before the date that you plan to send out the invitations. The standard turnaround time for our wedding invitations is 6-8 weeks once you have approved the final proof.

Program: We highly suggest ordering your wedding programs a couple of months before your wedding date. The standard turnaround time for our wedding invitations is 2-3 weeks once you have approved the final proof.

Thank You Card: Since Thank You cards have no date-specific information, you can order your cards with the wedding invitations or afterwards. The standard turnaround time for our wedding invitations is 3-4 weeks once you have approved the final proof.

Wedding Announcement: We highly suggest planning to order your wedding announcements with the wedding invitations. The standard turnaround time for our wedding invitations is 5-6 weeks once you have approved the final proof.

BABY/CHILDREN
Invitation: The standard turnaround time for invitations is 3-4 weeks once you have approved the final proof.

Announcement: The standard turnaround time for our wedding invitations is 3-4 weeks once you have approved the final proof. We also offer early shipment of the envelopes for a nominal fee so that you can address the envelopes ahead of the announcements' arrival.

Favor Card: We highly suggest ordering your favor cards with your invitations, however it could be ordered separately as well. The standard turnaround time for favor cards is 3-4 weeks once you have approved the final proof.

HOLIDAY
Photo Greeting Cards: The standard turnaround time for photo greeting cards is 3-4 weeks once you have approved the final proof.

Proofing
When you place an order with us for your personalized stationery and cards, you'll be asked in the product page to provide the personalized information you would like to appear on your stationery or cards. Once we have received your complete order with this information, we will send you a proof within 3-7 days to the email address that you provided with the order. We will send your order into production once you have approved the proof or indicated a change that needs to be made.
