Through a collaborative effort with each client, we create the perfect representation of your style and event—from the save-the-dates to the thank you notes and everything in between.

Our clients choose to work with us because we love the entire process of an event — from developing the signature color scheme, to designing an event motif, to creating custom postage.
We have yet to face a challenge we cannot meet — whether the project calls for the design and coordination of 5000 invitations to be mailed across the United States, or the creation of invitations for an intimate gathering of friends and family for a rehearsal dinner — we can do it all and more! We've worked with cake designers to cross-pollinate design elements of the invitation with the wedding cake, coordinated with calligraphers to find the perfect ink colors, and even collaborated with floral designers to best complement the event’s color scheme. The possibilities are endless and that is where the fun begins!
How is the Atelier custom design differ from than the tailored event stationery?
Our tailored event stationery lines have distinct designs that can be personalized with your event information. The design offers some design options such as colorways, patterns, and fonts. While it's made-to-order and hand-assembled, the main design elements cannot be changed.
With our custom design service, we develop every little detail from scratch — whether it's a printed invitation, final artwork for your event's ice sculpture or the embroidered logo wear at your event, we maintain a "Break the mold" policy with all Atelier projects. What does this mean? When your event is over, we will not repeat the same ensemble of design elements that makes your event unique for another client. The design that we created for you is a one-of-a-kind creation that remains your own.
What kind of projects do we design?
We've designed fabulous event stationery for every occasion and milestones-- from weddings to births to birthday bashes, and all the fundraising galas and society events along the way. Every occasion is unique in its own way and we enjoy designing for every one of them.
How does the process work and when should I make contact?
For Atelier projects, we recommend contacting us 8-9 months before your event or as soon as you have set a date. We start the process with a complimentary initial consultation (in-person or via telephone, by appointment only) where we learn about your style and vision for your event. From this meeting, if you would like to continue to work with us, we'll send you a contract to sign and collect a deposit. Ready? Excited? We are, too!
