When you order from Feterie, you have the option to select several shipping options to receive your products. We now ship from 2 national locations. Personalized orders for gift items such as lunchboxes are shipped from our fulfillment center in Northern California, while personalized stationery orders such as notecards and labels are shipped from our fulfillment center in Alabama. We've simplified our shipping method to help you determine the best service for your order.
Below is a brief description of the shipping methods available. Shipping time is additional to the order process time indicated on each product page. Please consider both of these timelines before placing an order in case you have a time-sensitive timeline. Note that these delivery times quoted below are estimates provided to us by the shipping providers. If you are in a rush or your order is time-sensitive, we suggest selecting a faster method of shipping such as Next Day to ensure delivery by your need date. Once an order has left our fulfillment centers using the customer's desired shipping method, Feterie cannot be responsible for the any mishaps or problems with the carriers. We'll try our best to help you track the package, however the speediness of the delivery is completely at the mercy of the shipping company.

Packages shipped via UPS/FEDEX Next Day have guaranteed delivery for the next business day by 3pm within the continental U.S.
Packages shipped via UPS/FEDEX 2-Day have guaranteed delivery of 2-business days by 3pm within the continental U.S.
Packages shipped via UPS/FEDEX 3-Day have guaranteed delivery of 3-business days by 3pm within the continental U.S.
Orders shipped via UPS/FEDEX Ground will have standard 5-business delivery
Feterie.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Feterie.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
