When you order from Feterie, you have the option to select several shipping options to receive your products. Below is a brief description of the shipping methods available with every order from the Feterie shop as well as their estimated delivery time. Shipping time is additional to the order process time indicated for each product. Please consider both of these timelines before placing an order in case you have a time-sensitive timeline. Note that these delivery times quoted below are estimates provided to us by the shipping providers. If you are in a rush or your order is time-sensitive, we suggest selecting a faster method of shipping such as UPS Next Day to ensure delivery by your need date. Once an order has left our office using the customer's desired shipping method, Feterie cannot be responsible for the any mishaps or problems with the carriers. We'll try our best to help you track the package, however the speediness of the delivery is completely at the mercy of the shipping company. 

Holiday Schedule

During the busy holiday season, we will post on this section the cut-off shipping date for both UPS and USPS. Also, please expect delays of up to several days due to increase holiday traffic for both carriers.

To have your order arrive by 12/25/09, you must order by:
USA Destinations (non-personalized products): December 14th
International Destinations & Personalized Products: December 8th

PLEASE NOTE OUR HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
November 25th - 27th — We'll be closed, but our online shop will be open as usual. All orders placed during this time will be processed on Monday, November 30th

December 23rd - 28th — We'll be closed for the Christmas holiday, but our online shop will be open as usual. All orders placed during this time will be processed on Tuesday, December 29th

December 31st - January 3rd — We'll be closed for the New Years holiday, but our online shop will be open as usual. All orders placed during this time will be processed on Monday, January 4th

USPS First-Class Mail

Packages shipped via USPS First-Class Mail normally take 5-10 days for delivery within the continental U.S. If you have a specific in-hand date that your order must arrive by, we suggest selecting one of the expedited shipping options below to ensure that your package arrives within your desired time frame.  

USPS Priority Mail
Packages shipped via Priority Mail normally take 2-3 days for delivery within the continental U.S. However, during the busy holiday season, there may be a slight delay and the USPS will have a shipping deadline that we'll need to respect. Shipments to outlaying destinations such as Hawaii may require extra time.

UPS Next Day Saver

Packages shipped via UPS Next Day Saver have guaranteed delivery for the next business day by 3pm within the continental U.S. 

UPS 2-Day
Packages shipped via UPS 2-Day have guaranteed delivery of 2 business days by 3pm within the continental U.S. 

UPS Ground
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will have delivery depending on their destination — from 1 day for most of Northern California to 7 days to Puerto Rico. Please see the map below provided by UPS for your review. Feterie is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and all orders will be shipped from our SF Bay Area studio, unless noted otherwise in the product page.
