Products & Orders

Most of our products are manufactured in small volume and hand-assembled to preserve an artisinal quality. As a result, details such as colors or stitched edges may differ slightly. Our goal is to provide the best and most accurate presentation of our products to help you in your buying process. However, with a wide range of differences in monitor colors slight variations may occur.

CUSTOMER ERROR
It is important that you carefully check the text that you enter before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete text. For orders of personalized products with lengthy or complicated text, a proof will be generated for approval. However, if there is a mistake on your part, we will be happy to reprint your order and apply a 25% discount. Note: The discount does not effect cost of shipping.

OUR ERROR
From time to time, errors do occur and if there is a printing error on your order on our part, please contact Customer Care within 5 business days of receiving it so we may reprint the item. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority status and are printed at no cost to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Feterie products and are committed to a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of our product pass through strict QA checks before they are shipped from our distribution centers. Please review our policies for return & exchanges below.

Personalized Products
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized product orders* unless there was an error on our part (i.e., misspelling in personalization details or due to quality issues) or the order was damaged during shipping.  If your personalized product order was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days. All claims of damage during shipping will be reviewed on a case-by-case. In most cases, we will replace the damaged product(s). However, we’ll need to receive the original damaged item before we can replace it. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will provide you with shipping instructions to return the product.

Non-Personalized Products
If online order of non-personalized products (i.e., art prints, card games or wearables) placed through our shop was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days. All claims of damage during shipping will be reviewed on a case-by-case. In most cases, we will replace the damaged product(s). However, we’ll need to receive the original damaged item before we can replace it. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Holiday Gift Orders
If you would like to return or exchange the Feterie non-personalized product that you received as a gift, please reference the criteria first and contact us with the name (or order number, if you have it) the order was placed under. We cannot issue a full refund for the original order, but are happy to issue you a credit voucher** to our shop.

Once we have received your returned product, you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed (please allow up to two weeks). If you have any questions, please contact us at customercare@feterie.com.

Note: For Feterie products purchased through one of our retail partners, please refer to their return policy for further instruction.

CANCELLATIONS
For personalized products, once an order has been approved*, processed and entered into production, we cannot cancel the order. If you ever need to cancel a non-personalized product(s) order, contact us right away to  make sure that it has not yet gone into production or has been shipped. Our lead-time varies depending on products, so please check each product page and with us. We may be able to stop the ordering process and issue the refund. If we are able to issue a refund, it may take up to 10 or 15 business days for you to see it reflected in your financial account statements.

*Some personalized products with minimal personalization details (i.e., name, date, initials or monograms) will not have the option of a proof for review . You may request a proof when you place your order.

* Refunds are issue for the product of the order and excludes all shipping fees.

During the busy holiday periods, our ordering processing may be lengthen by a few days in addition to the standard procession time for each product. Please reference both the processing time for each product (see “Details About This Product”) and our Holiday Shipping Schedule page.

PAYMENT
All orders payments are due at checkout via the payment methods that we current accept: PayPal and all major credit cards.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge a sales tax for all orders shipping to California.

SECURITY
In order to remain PCI-compliant, we cannot accept orders placed verbally, written or faxed. Learn more about PCI-compliancy, visit the PCI Security Standard. You may also find more information on how we handle the information that you provide us in our Privacy Policy.

SSL ENCRYPTION
Our site and shop transactions are verified and secured with a GoDaddy web server certificate. You can always view the certificate by clicking on the verification seal at the bottom of our site.

NEWSLETTER COMMUNICATIONS
Placing an order (or if you have ordered from us in the past) will automatically add you to the mailing list. We maintain a mailing list to communicate our product news, share exclusive discount codes, or other Feterie-related news. If you wish to be removed at anytime, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every newsletter. Read our Privacy Policy for how we use the data that you provide to us.

FETERIE FLASH MOBILE PROMOTIONS
We offer a mobile flash promotions that customers can opt-in by texting “Feterie” to 31996. Read our Terms & Conditions for how we use the data that you provide to us for this promotional purpose.

 

Not all personalized items in our shop will have the option for a proof review, such as products with single or a full name. Orders with more extensive personalized information will receive a proof generated within 3-7 business days and sent to the email address that was provided with the order. Order processing is considered complete when the proof(s) have been approved by the customer. Delays in proof approval will affect the order processing process and order delivery.

Feterie Vouchers are automatically generated and expires one (1) year from the date of issue.

Feterie Gift Certificates are only valid for orders placed on feterie.com and cannot be redeemed for cash or used at a retail partner store. There is no expiration date for gift certificates.

  • Feterie vouchers and gift certificates are only available at feterie.com.
  • Gift certificates must be redeemed at feterie.com for the purchase of eligible products and cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards.
  • Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and or returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
  • A gift certificate, once entered, will be automatically applied to user’s gift certificate account balance.
  • Any unused balance will be placed in the user’s gift certificate account. It cannot be transferred to other users.
  • Gift certificates and their use are subject to the Feterie general terms and conditions. Feterie reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
  • A gift certificate’s cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
  • Feterie are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the user or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please contact us if you have questions.
  • Feterie retains the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website
  • Feterie can provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
  • All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.



Shipping

STANDARD SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method is Ground delivery service via UPS, FedEx or USPS First-Class and all orders are shipped with this method from each distribution center. Feterie cannot be responsible for the any mishaps or problems with the carriers once they have left our distribution centers. We’ll try our best to help you track the package, however the speediness of the delivery is completely at the mercy of the shipping company.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
In addition to our standard shipping, we also offer expedited shipping. Most of our products have expedited shipping as a selection at checkout and the additional cost depends on the order total.

ADJUSTMENTS TO SHIPPING RATES
Semi-annually we review our shipping rates and may make adjustments to them as needed.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $250, selected products and for seasonal sales promotion. However, if selected products with free shipping are combined with another product that have standard shipping fees the free shipping promotion will not apply to the order.

(NOTE: International shipping is currently and temporarily not available on our shop. Please join our mailing list to be notified when it is available again.)
Feterie has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Delivery addresses must be a street address (business or residential). We cannot ship to post office boxes or are responsible for delivery delays as a result of customer-provided shipping addresses. Please check your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

We have a network of print & production distribution centers located throughout the U.S. Each product in our shop is shipped from a particular location dependent on the product or from our studio. On each product page under“More Details About This Product”, you’ll be able to find all the information regarding where the product is shipped from, in addition to product specifications and shipping information.



Miscellaneous

Small segments of information, called cookies, are stored on your computer’s hard drive. These are used to store your selections and changes while shopping with us and to recognize you when you revisit our site. This information will not enable us or anyone else to obtain your personal information.

All product measurements on feterie.com are Imperial units. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please check the measurements using a conversion converter such as Unit Converters.

Some of our products are offered and fulfilled through a third party partner vendor, such as Zazzle. The product pages on our site will be clearly marked as such and links to the vendor shop outside of our  online system. Please make sure to read the third party site’s policies, if you would like more info on how they fulfill orders.
