Shop Orders

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most of our orders are processed within 7-10 business days of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. For orders containing personalized products, please allow up to 15 business days. We also offer expedited shipping on most of our products.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept echecks, Money Orders, or paper checks (personal/corporate).

In order to remain PCI-compliant, we cannot accept orders placed verbally, written or faxed. Learn more about PCI-compliancy, visit the PCI Security Standard.

If the personalized product that you ordered offers a proof, we will send one within  3-5 business days. Once your proof has been approved, we’ll send it into production.


We do ship internationally. However, currently we have this feature disabled on our shop as we just migrated to a new shipping system. In the very near future, you’ll be able to place international orders with us through International Checkout. To learn more about international orders, please see below.

Feterie has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at

We have a network of different distribution centers located throughout the U.S. Each product in our shop is shipped from a particular location dependent on the product. On each product page under “More Details About This Product”, you’ll be able to find all the information regarding where the product is shipped from, in addition to product specifications and shipping information.

We’ve simplified our shipping costs! (Yay!) Our standard shipping costs are based on the amount of your order. Even if your order has multiple products shipping from various locations, the shipping costs remains as we indicate below:

Yes, you can! Currently, we offer 3-Day and Next Day expedited shipping. The additional costs can be selected as an option during the checkout process.

We offer free shipping for some selected products, orders over $250 (before sales tax) and during limited time promotions. Products that have free shipping will ship via standard shipping.
